At Ursprunghof in Zeutschach, things get really cozy. Our farm offers everything for relaxation, a break, and adventure. We rent out two holiday apartments and a double room right in the heart of pure nature – here you can really breathe! For our dear guests, there are plenty of opportunities to discover new things directly at the farm or in the nearby area, in every season and weather condition. There's always something to experience!
Julia and Roland, with their daughters Maxima, Hanna, and Antonia, as well as the senior farmers Michael and Barbara, warmly welcome YOU to Ursprunghof!
There's a lot to discover with us. In the nearby area, you can find our private chapel and the Ursprungquelle – a true natural wonder and gem! If the weather gets too hot, a dip in the Graslupp bathing pond, Podolerteich, or Furtnerteich will help. The Graslupp pond is even within a few minutes' walking distance!
Animal care is a must on our farm, from milking cows, taking walks with our calves or goats, to cuddle time with our cats.
We are happy to involve you in our farm work and harvest activities to provide you with an authentic farm experience.
No matter the season, we find plenty of indoor activities: dyeing Easter eggs, shaping and painting salt dough. Have you ever crafted a hay monster?
Our large holiday apartment on the 2nd floor has approximately 80m² of living space and offers enough room for up to 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
Price for 4 people: EUR 95.00 per night
Price for 5 people: EUR 105.00 per night
Price for 6 people: EUR 110.00 per night
Final cleaning: EUR 50.00 per stay
Prices are exclusive of the tourism fee of EUR 2.50 per night per adult.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Our smaller holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers space for up to 3 people.

Price for 3 people: EUR 65.00 per night
Final cleaning: EUR 40.00 per stay
Our spacious room on the 2nd floor offers space for up to 2 people.
Price per person including breakfast: EUR 36.00 per night
We are happy to prepare a hearty breakfast for our guests, either in the cozy parlor
or in summer, outside in the courtyard with a view of the Zirbitz- and Kreiskogel or the Grebenzen.
